Job summary

Saunders Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the upkeep of our facility, ensure a safe environment for residents and staff, and lead the maintenance team.

You will plan preventive maintenance, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
