The Skilled Nursing Facility in Springfield is seeking a Maintenance Director to plan, organize, develop, and direct the maintenance department in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. You will ensure the facility is safe, comfortable, and properly maintained under the direction of the Administrator.

Responsibilities include directing daily operations, coordinating with other departments, and preparing reports to the Administrator.

Qualifications

• Experience in long-term care settings.
• Previous maintenance department supervision experience.
• Patience, tact, pleasant disposition, and enthusiasm when interacting with residents.
