Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage budget and accounts payable for the maintenance department.
• Ensure compliance with Preventative Maintenance program per regulations.
• Maintain all facility equipment safely and efficiently.
• Oversee maintenance of plumbing, electrical fixtures, and interiors.
• Ensure fire safety procedures are implemented and followed.
