Qualifications

• Healthcare or SNF facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Familiarity with CDPH, OSHA, and Title 22.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Safety-conscious, detail-oriented maintenance approach.
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily maintenance operations and staff.
