Job summary

Southridge Rehabilitation & Living Center in Biddeford, ME is seeking a full-time Maintenance Director to oversee facility preventive maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, grounds keeping and related duties.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, highly organized, and communicates well, with knowledge of Life Safety codes and regulatory requirements. Evening or weekend availability may be required. Salary is up to $30/hr based on experience.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of facility preventive maintenance and safety standards.
• Familiarity with Life Safety Code and environmental regulations.
