Holiday Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking a Director of Maintenance to lead all facility maintenance operations, ensuring safety, reliability, and high-quality resident care. The role oversees preventative programs, repairs, and compliance, coordinating staff, contractors, and critical systems.

The ideal candidate will have healthcare facility experience, HVAC certification, and strong leadership with blueprint interpretation and regulatory knowledge.

Qualifikationen

• At least four years of maintenance experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred and boiler/equipment expertise.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.

• Maintain and monitor critical facility systems, including boilers, compressors, generators, HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of the facility to identify maintenance needs and ensure safety standards are consistently met.
• Interpret and utilize blueprints, technical manuals, and system documentation to support maintenance and repair activities.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance documentation.
• Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies to ensure resident safety and continuity of care.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (9am-5pm), weekends on call

Daily Pay!

Salary: $75k-$80k annually

Qualifications for Director of Maintenance:

• Must have a minimum of four (4) years of experience in a maintenance role.
• Nursing home or healthcare facility experience required.
• HVAC certification strongly preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and other mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and system schematics.
• Knowledge of applicable building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards required.
• Must be licensed or certified in accordance with applicable state and regulatory requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
