Job summary

Villas of Holly Brook and Reflections Memory Care in Bradenton, FL seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the on-site maintenance team, oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and preventative maintenance, and coordinate with vendors to keep the community safe and welcoming.

This full-time role requires strong supervision, budgeting, and compliance with safety regulations; candidates should have multi-family property or building maintenance experience and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 2 years of multi-family property management or building maintenance experience.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic for estimates and percentages.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate common maintenance tools and equipment.
• Valid driver's license and driving responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for maintenance and preventative maintenance for the community, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, appliances, and amenities.
• Manage outside vendors and contractors to meet safety and operational standards.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate apartment turnover and preventative maintenance to maximize community value.
• Inspect grounds, buildings, and rooms to ensure full functionality and compliance with laws.
• May drive company or personal vehicle as required; perform other duties as assigned.
