Job summary

Morganfield Nursing and Rehab in Kentucky is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to direct the overall operation of our Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements and supporting the Administrator.

The successful candidate will oversee boilers, compressors, generators, plumbing and electrical systems, read blueprints, apply safety regulations, and supervise skilled trades to keep the facility in good repair.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a maintenance/plant related position.
• Knowledge of boilers, compressors, generators, and mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Carpentry skills and ability to read blueprints.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Direct the overall operation of the Maintenance Department to ensure a successful maintenance program.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local requirements as directed by the Administrator.
