Job summary

Autumn Lake Healthcare in Crofton, MD is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department. You will oversee daily operations, maintain life safety systems, and coordinate repairs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.

This hands-on leader will ensure safety, cleanliness, regulatory compliance, and timely preventive maintenance, while supervising staff and contractors.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in healthcare or a similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
