Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance operation for the facility and supervise staff.
• Perform repairs and maintenance on equipment and facilities.
• Test emergency generator weekly and monthly per regulations.
• Coordinate maintenance work with other departments and with the Administrator.
• Maintain records, budgets, schedules, and preventive maintenance plans.
• Inspect fire extinguishers and ensure safety compliance.
• Remain on-call for facility emergencies.
