The YMCA of the Suncoast is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance and day-to-day facility operations of our branch. You will ensure facilities, grounds, and equipment are safe, clean, and ready to serve members and the community.

As a branch leadership team member, you will manage preventative maintenance, safety compliance, and budget planning while supervising staff, volunteers, and contracted services. A high school diploma and pool certification are required.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; 3–5 years of supervisory experience in maintenance or related field preferred.
• Pool certification required.
• Ideal candidate has thorough knowledge of swimming pool maintenance and facility regulations; skilled with manual and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership for the Maintenance Department, overseeing preventative maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep.
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules; coordinate repairs, improvements, and special projects.
• Recruit, train, supervise, and develop maintenance staff and volunteers; manage contracted services and vendor relationships.
