Genesis HealthCare in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Maintenance Director to ensure safe, comfortable surroundings for patients and residents. You will lead the maintenance department, manage daily operations, and report to the Nursing Home Administrator in a visible, hands-on role.

Responsibilities include repairing electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems; supervising staff; maintaining fire alarm and emergency generator systems; keeping records and budgets; and remaining on-call 24/7.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVACR systems.
• Prior supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Repairs electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems.
• Supervise maintenance department and orient new staff.
• Maintain fire alarm and emergency generator systems.
• Maintain records, reports, and assist in budget planning.
• Remain on-call 24/7 for emergencies.
• Operate on the TELS platform for Life Safety tasks.
