Maintenance Director/Supervisor role includes:

1. Building maintenance program and repair coordination
2. General daily repairs such as doors, lights, paint patching
3. HVAC, Plumbing, Security, Fire, Electrical, Elevator systems
4. Generator compliance and routine maintenance scheduling
5. NFPA and facility life safety, coordinating service visits (monthly/quarterly/annually)

Qualifications:
