Job summary

Kadima at Palmyra is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of the facility’s physical plant and grounds. The role ensures the building and equipment are kept in a safe, compliant state.

You will implement preventive maintenance, supervise staff, coordinate repairs (plumbing, HVAC, electrical), and support infection control and environmental safety across the campus.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in maintenance or plant operations preferred, ideally in healthcare or long-term care.
• Knowledge of general building systems and repair.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
