Job summary

Kadima Healthcare Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to oversee the operation, maintenance, and safety of the facility’s physical plant and grounds. You will ensure the building, equipment, and environment meet safety, cleanliness, and regulatory standards.

You will lead a maintenance team, manage preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and support infection control and environmental safety initiatives across the campus.

Qualifications

• Minimum supervisory experience in maintenance or plant operations.
• Knowledge of general building systems and repair.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations ensuring compliance with regulatory and Life Safety Code requirements.
• Maintain building systems and coordinate repairs including plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Implement and manage a preventive maintenance program for equipment and facility infrastructure.
• Supervise maintenance staff, assign work orders, and train new employees.
• Maintain the facility grounds, including landscaping, snow removal, and overall property appearance.
• Support infection control and environmental safety practices throughout the facility.
• Manage maintenance supplies and equipment according to facility policy.
