What Will You Do in This Role?

You will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations. Responsibilities include maintaining a sanitary, attractive, and safe environment, ensuring all systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, heating, cooling) are in good repair, and providing quality laundry services.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in maintenance within a Nursing Home setting
• At least one year of supervisory maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, laundry, housekeeping, and general maintenance procedures
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
