Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Maintenance located in Overland Park, KS. The Director of Maintenance will oversee general maintenance and repair tasks, supervise the maintenance team, manage facility operations, and ensure all aspects of the community's infrastructure are functioning optimally. Responsibilities include team leadership, make-ready management (including unit upgrades), carpentry work, coordinating maintenance schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring safety compliance.
