What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. You will ensure the community remains sanitary, attractive, and safe, maintaining good repair and addressing hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. You will also oversee quality laundry services.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in maintenance within a Nursing Home setting
• At least one year of supervisory maintenance experience
• Knowledge of HVAC, commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
