CountryHouse Residence in Omaha, NE, part of Agemark Senior Living, is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Director to lead our Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry teams while ensuring safety and comfort for residents, families, and staff. This role involves supervising teams, maintaining HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and coordinating with vendors to control expenses.

• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other building systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Mentor Your Team – Supervise Maintenance, Housekeeping, and Laundry staff while ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
• Keep Our Community Running – Maintain buildings, grounds, HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, vehicles, appliances, and equipment.
• Manage Safety & Compliance – Oversee inspections, fire drills, emergency preparedness, and applicable safety and building requirements.
• Prepare for Move-Ins – Ensure resident suites are ready and coordinate maintenance needs for move-ins and move-outs.
• Manage Vendors & Budgets – Work with contractors and vendors while effectively managing maintenance expenses.
• Support Residents & Staff – Respond promptly to maintenance needs and help create a safe, welcoming environment for everyone.
