Reliant Care Management Company seeks a hands-on Maintenance Director to oversee the maintenance team in our long-term care facility. You’ll lead operations, ensure life-safety compliance, and manage HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks.

Formación

• Experience leading a maintenance department in a long-term care facility or similar setting.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities with a focus on life-safety compliance.
• Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general facility maintenance.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the department and lead a team of employees

• Utilize management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility with life safety knowledge

• Apply general knowledge of heating and air-conditioning

• Perform basic construction and repair tasks

• Conduct electrical wiring and repair work

• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

Requirements:

• This “hands-on” position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a long term care facility and life safety
