Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to help maintain our facility's safety and operations. You will perform upkeep across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry, respond to work orders, and assist with seasonal tasks while upholding safety codes.

A high school diploma is required and prior maintenance experience is preferred. You must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or with a team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior experience in building maintenance, facilities support, or related field preferred.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (depending on facility needs).

• Respond promptly to work orders and maintenance requests.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance tasks.

• Maintain clean and organized maintenance tools, equipment, and work areas.
• Assist with emergency repairs and after-hours on-call maintenance as needed.
• Support seasonal tasks such as snow removal, landscaping, and pest control.
