The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a long-term care facility and a strong understanding of life safety knowledge. This hands-on role requires a combination of leadership, management, and technical skills, with a focus on providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee the maintenance department and lead a team of employees


• Utilize management experience, preferably in a long-term care facility with life safety knowledge


• Apply general knowledge of heating and air-conditioning


• Perform basic construction and repair tasks


• Conduct electrical wiring and repair work


• Diagnose and repair plumbing issues

Requirements:

• This "hands-on" position requires organization and leadership/management experience preferably in a long-term care facility and life safety


• Strong technical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Effective communication and leadership skills
