Job summary

Reliant Care Management Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facility's maintenance operations, ensure safety compliance, and guide a team of technicians to deliver reliable service for residents.

You will develop preventive maintenance programs, review schematics for projects, coordinate with vendors, and maintain accurate records of activities and inventory to support HVAC performance and overall safety.

Qualifications

• Maintenance management experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Strong leadership of a diverse team.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC and building maintenance.
• Ability to read technical schematics and manuals.

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Oversee all maintenance activities within the facility, ensuring compliance with safety standards.

• Manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support in their daily tasks.

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for all equipment and systems.

• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and services as needed.

Requirements: knowledge of rules, regulations, and safety requirements in a Skilled Nursing Facility

Experience:

• Proven experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing a diverse team.

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and building maintenance practices.

• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and manuals.
