Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group seeks a dedicated facilities/maintenance professional in Lynchburg, VA to uphold Life Safety Code, maintain the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities, ensuring operations meet policy and regulatory standards.

The role requires at least two years in environmental services or related maintenance, with HVAC/electrical/plumbing knowledge a plus. On-site work with a comprehensive benefits program and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
• HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing certifications are a plus.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

Shift and Wage:

• Wage: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, Based on Experience
