Job summary

London Health & Rehab Center is seeking a Full-Time Environmental Services/Maintenance Associate to keep the Life Safety Code, facility, grounds and equipment in top condition. You will work Monday through Friday in a patient-centered skilled nursing environment, dedicated to safe, clean, and well-maintained spaces for residents and staff.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of experience in environmental services or maintenance; long-term care

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least two years of experience in environmental services or maintenance.
• Long term care experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code compliance and upkeep of the facility.
• Manage the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

• Long term care experience preferred.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available

• Shifts Needed: Monday - Friday

• Wage: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour, Negotiable
