Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group in North Royalton, OH is seeking a dedicated Environmental Services Maintenance worker to help keep our skilled nursing facility safe and compliant. You will ensure Life Safety Code standards are met, maintain the building, grounds, and equipment, and support a clean, safe environment for residents and staff.

We require a high school diploma and at least two years of environmental services or maintenance experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

Qualifications

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code compliance and keep the physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and adhere to the community's standards of practice.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community\'s administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.
