Job summary

Autumn Care of Saluda in North Carolina is seeking an environmental services/maintenance professional to ensure life safety code compliance, maintain facilities, equipment, grounds and utilities, and uphold health and infection control standards.

The role offers full-time with shifts Monday–Friday and some weekends; wage is based on experience, with comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401K, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Must have at least two years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in healthcare or hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Life Safety Code compliance and ensure facilities, equipment, grounds and utilities are in good working order.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and standards of practice.
• Shifts Monday–Friday with some weekends; full-time position.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to ensure the Life Safety Code, physical plant, equipment, grounds and utilities are maintained in good working order and in accordance with community policies, state and federal regulations. Follows all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintains established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Maintenance Policies and Procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.

• Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in environmental services, maintenance, or relative trade, preferably in the healthcare or hospitality industry.

Shift and Wage:

• Full-Time Opportunity Available
