Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth is seeking a Maintenance Director to keep our healthcare center running safely and efficiently. You will supervise maintenance staff, schedule repairs, and perform regular inspections to ensure safety, appearance, and equipment performance.

You should have strong knowledge of building systems, code requirements, and OSHA standards, with on-call availability. The role offers a full-time day schedule with one weekend per month and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Supervise maintenance staff and assign duties.
• Schedule and complete repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Regular facility inspections for safety, upkeep and equipment performance.
• Knowledge of building systems and relevant codes.
• Ensure work complies with state/federal and OSHA standards.
• Must be able to be on-call.
• Proficiency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience with OSHA and life-safety regulations.
• Demonstrated supervisory and management ability.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

Maintenance Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards
• Must have ability to be "on call"
• Demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
