Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities of the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems.

• Conduct routine inspections of building, grounds, and equipment.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance Director to oversee the daily operations of our Maintenance Department. The role ensures that all areas are properly maintained, operational, and compliant with applicable federal, state, and local regulations. The Maintenance Director plays a key role in maintaining a safe, clean, comfortable, and functional environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and lead the daily activities of the Maintenance Department.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for building systems and equipment.
• Perform and oversee general maintenance and repairs, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.
• Conduct routine inspections of the building, grounds, and equipment to identify maintenance needs.
• Coordinate with outside vendors and contractors for specialized repairs and services.
• Maintain maintenance records, work orders, and equipment logs.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.

Compensation

• $55000-$60000 per year and is based on experience
