Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and keep the center running safely and efficiently in Long Branch, NJ. You will oversee staff, schedules, and repairs while upholding building codes and OSHA standards.

Your on-call availability and broad systems knowledge will ensure reliable operations for residents and staff. The role offers a full-time schedule with opportunities for impact and growth within a caring senior-care environment.

Qualifications

• Candidates must supervise maintenance staff and manage schedules.
• Experience coordinating maintenance and repairs across a facility.
• Ability to inspect safety, upkeep, and appearance of the center.
• Working knowledge of building systems and applicable codes.
• Compliance with state/federal and OSHA standards.
• On-call availability as needed.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems and codes.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Proven supervisory and management capabilities.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organization and time management skills.

Responsibilities
