Job summary

Complete Care at Monmouth in Long Branch, NJ, seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently. You will supervise staff, schedule repairs, and uphold building codes and OSHA standards to protect residents and staff.

You'll oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems, handle on-call duties, and drive safety outcomes. This is a day-shift, full-time role with strong benefits and opportunities for growth within the

Qualifications

• Supervise and schedule maintenance staff.
• Schedule and ensure completion of maintenance and repairs.
• Regular facility inspections for safety and upkeep.
• Working knowledge of building systems and code requirements.
• Ensure work complies with State/Federal and OSHA standards.
• Must have ability to be on call.
• Proficient with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations.
• Supervisory and management experience.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Maintenance Director Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assign maintenance staff responsibilities and schedules
• Schedule and ensure completion of all maintenance and repairs
• Regular inspections of the facility, for safety, upkeep, appearance, and equipment performance
• Working knowledge of building systems and related code requirements
• Ensure work is in accordance with State/Federal and OSHA standards
• Must have ability to be "on call"
• Demonstrates a high proficiency and understanding of systems such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, mechanical, and code compliance
• Experience with OSHA and life safety regulations
• Supervisory and management experience
• Ability to multi-task
• Organized and time management skills
