Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Preferred SNF experience.
• Preferred knowledge of Life Safety Regulations.
• HVAC Experience required.
• Available for on-call rotations.
• Knowledge of general maintenance and functions of all equipment.
• Must carry cell phone and respond to maintenance calls.
• Know how to shut off main power, water, and/or gas to community.
• Some knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, equipment, machinery, etc.
• Familiarity with Exposure Control Plan for Bloodborne Pathogens and Fire & Disaster Plan.
