Qualifications

• Experience in trades or maintenance, including electrical, HVAC, repairs
• Supervisory experience in maintenance/housekeeping
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair equipment, systems, and grounds (electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, roof, etc.)
• Manage department budget and supplies
• Supervise maintenance and housekeeping staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, work orders
• Obtain quotes and oversee outside vendors
• Use maintenance management systems for documentation
• Schedule preventative maintenance and safety inspections
• Perform other duties, such as Manager-On-Duty or after-hours support
• Communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Follow safety policies and procedures

This role involves working in various environments and exposure to weather, chemicals, and tools. Legend Senior Living is a drug-free workplace; drug screening will be conducted.
