Zusammenfassung

Genesis is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the safe, well-maintained environment of our nursing centers and to supervise the maintenance department. The role reports to the Nursing Home Administrator and ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws governing building and grounds upkeep.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing budget planning, and maintaining fire alarm and generator systems.

Qualifikationen

• High school degree or equivalent is required.
• Basic training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is required.
• Prior supervisory experience is required.

• Operates on the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory and daily tasks.

Compliance with federal, state, and local laws regarding maintenance of the nursing centers' building and grounds is essential. In this highly visible role, you will report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.
