Job summary

Complete Care, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Director for a 120-bed, single-level long-term care facility in Vernon, CT. The role requires supervising the Maintenance Department, managing on-call duties including weekends and holidays, and maintaining department records.

Qualifications include prior supervisory experience and knowledge of NFPA 101 Life Safety Code; HVAC, plumbing and carpentry knowledge are preferred. This is a full-time, day-shift position with on-call every other weekend.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.

• Organize and maintain all records necessary to operate maintenance department.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
