Complete Care at Fox Hill in Vernon, CT is seeking a Full Time Maintenance Director to lead the Maintenance Department and ensure safe, compliant operations for a 120-bed single-level facility. The role includes on-call duties on weekends/holidays and oversight of records, policies, and procedures.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• NFPA 101 Life Safety code familiarity; HVAC, plumbing and carpentry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assume administrative authority for supervising and directing the Maintenance Department.
• On-call responsibilities as scheduled, including weekends and holidays.
• Organize and maintain records necessary to operate the maintenance department.
• Assist in developing and maintaining written departmental policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by Administrator.
