As a Maintenance Director, you will be essential in maintaining all internal and external aspects of the facility and grounds. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the maintenance department, ensuring compliance with safety codes, and monitoring maintenance schedules for equipment and systems. Your expertise will ensure our residents' safety and comfort.

Applicants should have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• At least three (3) years of experience in facility maintenance
• Five (5) years of prior Maintenance Director experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting is preferred
• An associate’s degree in Construction Technology or a similar field is preferable
