• Previous experience as a Maintenance Director is preferred.
• Healthcare, nursing home, or long-term care maintenance experience strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and preventative maintenance.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily maintenance and repair needs of the facility
• Perform and coordinate preventative maintenance
• Ensure the building, equipment, and grounds remain safe and properly maintained
• Supervise maintenance staff and outside contractors
