Autumn Lake Healthcare in Maryland is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead our maintenance department at a skilled nursing and rehabilitation center. The role focuses on maintaining safe, compliant facilities and coordinating preventative maintenance across essential systems.

You will oversee daily operations, manage staff and contractors, and ensure life safety systems are properly maintained, supporting a high standard of care and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Director in a skilled nursing, long-term care, healthcare, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building maintenance, preventative maintenance programs, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and respond quickly to maintenance needs.
