Job summary

Atrium Centers Frederic Nursing & Rehabilitation Community is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our center safe, comfortable, and well-maintained for residents, families, and team members every day.

You will supervise daily maintenance operations, ensure equipment and systems remain in working order, manage schedules and budgets, and support regulatory readiness while upholding state safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within a healthcare or long-term care setting (preferred)
• Ability to respond to emergencies and participate in on-call coverage
• Good working knowledge of applicable state rules and regulations
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Positive, can-do attitude with a focus on teamwork and service
• Excellent attendance and reliability
