Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Basic training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC and building maintenance.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Healthcare or long-term care maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and perform hands-on repairs.
• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently.
• Must be available for emergency on-call responsibilities.

Responsibilities
