What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the maintenance department to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. You will maintain a sanitary, attractive, and safe environment, ensuring the community is in good repair and free from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. This role also involves overseeing quality laundry services.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in maintenance within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings
• At least one year of supervisory maintenance experience
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Excellent communication skills
