What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. You will maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and safe condition, ensuring good repair and safety from hazards related to electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling systems. This role also includes overseeing quality laundry services.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience in maintenance within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required
• At least one year of supervisory experience in maintenance required
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
