What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Maintenance Director, you will supervise and coordinate the maintenance department activities to ensure compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations and building codes. You will maintain the community in a sanitary, attractive, and safe condition, ensuring all systems (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, and cooling) are in good repair and hazard-free. You will also oversee the provision of quality laundry services.

Do You Have What It Takes?

• A passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, energetic, and positive personality
• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience in maintenance within LTC/SNF/AL/MC settings required
• At least one year of supervisory maintenance experience required
• Knowledge of commercial laundry, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures
• Professional appearance and behavior
• Excellent communication skills
