Maintenance Director Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, including exterior repairs, lawn care, and waste removal
• Oversee interior maintenance of buildings, offices, and common areas
• Manage repair and maintenance of community equipment, ensuring proper operation and staff training
• Prepare apartments for new residents and refurbish units post-move-out
• Maintain fire safety and emergency records, conduct required inspections
