Job summary

CareCore at Margaret Hall in Cincinnati seeks an experienced, hands-on Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance team and ensure the safety, cleanliness, and functionality of the facility. You will supervise staff, oversee building, grounds, and equipment, coordinate with vendors for inspections and major projects, maintain records, and respond promptly to emergencies.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance within healthcare or long-term care setting required.
• Life Safety Code Compliance experience required.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
