Job summary

Celina Health Care Center is seeking an experienced Maintenance Director to lead the maintenance operations across our campus. This hands-on role emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive problem solving to keep the building, equipment, and grounds in optimal condition.

You will manage a maintenance team, apply life-safety knowledge, oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and basic construction tasks to support high-quality resident care in a long-term care environment.
