Job summary

Bay Breeze Rehabilitation seeks a Maintenance Director to lead the upkeep of our faith-based senior care facility. This role focuses on safety, reliability, and efficient operation of all building systems.

You will oversee routine maintenance, implement a preventive program, manage work orders, ensure CMS life-safety compliance, and coordinate with vendors. Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems and experience managing maintenance staff is expected; emergency response readiness

Qualifications

• NFPA knowledge and experience preferred.
• Proven experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a healthcare, senior living, or hospitality setting.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
• Availability to respond to emergency maintenance needs as required.
• Experience managing vendors and maintenance budgets is a plus.
