Job summary

Ottawa Health Care Center is seeking a Maintenance Director to oversee the facilities team and ensure life-safety standards across the center. The role combines hands-on maintenance with strong leadership to manage day-to-day operations and strategic improvements.

The ideal candidate will have management experience in a long-term care setting, strong organizational skills, and working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to keep the facility safe and well-maintained.

• Experience in a long-term care facility management role with life safety knowledge.
