CWS Apartment Homes is seeking a Maintenance Director to lead a maintenance team across our communities, ensuring high-quality upkeep and resident satisfaction. You will manage make-readies, preventive maintenance, and safety programs while coordinating with residents, vendors, and leadership.
The ideal candidate has strong supervisory skills, experience with electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC, and a proven ability to manage budgets and schedules.

Work Environment: Work is performed in both office and field environments within residential apartment communities. Position may involve exposure to outdoor weather conditions, maintenance shops, construction areas, mechanical equipment, noise, dust, chemicals, and other conditions associated with maintenance operations.
Physical Requirements: Requires frequent walking of apartment communities, including climbing stairs and accessing maintenance, mechanical, and outdoor areas. Position involves standing, bending, reaching, and occasional lifting of equipment or materials up to 50 pounds. Must be able to inspect property conditions, operate office and maintenance-related equipment, and respond to emergency situations as needed.
